The Nassau Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. presents our 4th Annual World AIDS Day symposium. This year our keynote address will be given by Sharita Heath-Ester, RN. As an African American woman living with HIV, she shares a powerful story of survival and self-love.
Our mission is to bring life-saving resources and information to the people of Nassau County. The program will begin with a health fair, immediately followed by our HIV/AIDS symposium. The Nassau Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., presents this program in collaboration with the Nassau County Commission on Human Rights, and the Hempstead Branch of the NAACP.
