Strength for Life provides FREE exercise equipment (yoga mat, resistance band, stability ball) for each client to keep and holds FREE weekly group exercise classes for cancer patients and survivors. Each session is for 8 weeks in length with a short recess in between sessions.
Prior to starting an exercise class, each participant must provide a doctor note and register.
