Join us online for an exciting journey using art to explore feelings, increase self-awareness and cope with life’s challenges.
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we will be hosting an Online Art Therapy Workshop Wednesday’s 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
This online workshop will accommodate only 10 members. You must register to attend the workshop. All members must commit to attending the entire 4-week session.
WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS
All participants will need:
- colored pencils, markers or crayons
- a sketch pad or quality paper for drawing
- scissors, magazines, glue
- computer access with a camera, microphone, printer and internet
