NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8 week-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people living with mental health disorders. Classes are structured to help caregivers understand and support individuals with mental health disorders while maintaining their own well-being.
This is an evidenced-based program. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition.
COVID 19 has challenged the whole world and moved everyone to the virtual world to communicate in order to preserve our health and be safe. In order to attend the class participants must have a PC, IPAD or a Lap tap. The classes will be held via zoom. The confirmed participants will receive an invite link to connect before each class with log in instructions and the necessary material for that class.
