Join the Interfaith Center during this free workshop with Buddhist Teacher, Evelyn Williams.  This event it offered to all.

Integrating meditation into our life helps us deal with our own experiences of anger, fear, trauma, grief and discouragement. It helps us move through the world with clarity and compassion, able to defuse conflict, and inspire others with non-violent activity of body, speech and mind. Through our practice we discover a capacity to turn negativity around and use it to empower our mind for positive change.

This workshop will help us learn how to respond to conflict, offensive comments and hatred with non-violence and skillful actions. It will include talks and guided meditations with plenty of time for questions. No meditation experience is necessary. Register on University Tickets and you will receive a Zoom link through the email you provide.
