Learn how to recognize and break autopilot eating cycle. We will give you strategies to stop mindless eating when you are stressed and show you how to shift into mindful eating to support good health. We will also go over how mindful eating can lead to changes with overeating, weight-loss and overall health. You will take home strategies and tips to shift into mindful eating.
