The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is brought to you by the Suffolk County Department of Health Services. This 16 week program requires pre-registration. Please call the numbers listed below to register. Registration remains open for each class until the second session.
The DPP is FREE to those with pre-diabetes or are at high risk for developing type-2 diabetes.
The DPP meets one hour per week for 16 weeks, followed by monthly follow-up sessions. Dates are as follows:
